So this week I finally got down and did it. I had been avoiding doing work on my websites for quite a while. I needed to handle the SSL certificate thing (and if you don’t know what that is, it’s some kind of security thing for websites that is now basically a requirement), and I had some badly overdue changes to make to my personal artist page.
But even I can put things off. Actually, I did so for about 7 months. In that time, admittedly, I had a lot of fun and was quite productive on the blogging side of things, and with the Artist Mindset Podcast, etc. However, the lingering need to work on my sites overall was there in the back of my mind.
Until yesterday! Glad to say I got the SSL thing handled. This site is officially a “https” site now, which means that Google deems it safe to display on its search engines.
Furthermore, chrisgoslow.com, my artist site had been in a state of disrepair and neglect for about three years, but I have made some changes already that are headed in the right direction. For one thing, I have decided to migrate a lot of my more “experimental” stuff right over to MyHappinessObsession.com . That would be my songs, my love songs, and my hip hop. It fits perfectly with this blog. I just didn’t know it until this week. I spent numerous years just trying to blend a whole slew of things together on one website, when I think some of it really deserves to be here, in the space of this personal expression blog.
Glad to be making progress on my websites… finally!
