Sometimes I look back on older posts to get inspired for new ones. Tonight I found reference* to “Quality Questions for Personal Happiness” . These are great questions. I want to answer a few of them:
- What is going well in my life?
So much! Exercise and blogging and teaching and relationship and learning and growing and reaching for alignment 🙂
- What can I focus on today that feels good?
Appreciating my day, which was full of so much… life!
- What advice would I give to someone else in my shoes?
You are brilliant and amazing, and yes, you are quite sensitive and that is not always easy. Be patient with yourself as best you can. Be true to yourself, and trust that things are all working out, even if you can’t always see it right now.
- Who would be grateful for the problems I face?
People who aren’t physically active, who don’t run their own business, who want to be creative but aren’t, who want to be in a relationship but aren’t, who are deeply in debt, who do not understand the Law of Attraction, anyone who is needlessly suffering from their own thoughts and isn’t aware of the power of their mind
- What are five accomplishments (no matter how small they may seem) I have achieved in the past week?
I blogged everyday. I taught piano well to a lot of students. I exercised eight days in a row, mixing it up with swimming, running, yoga, and using the elliptical machine. I had a good conversation with my buddy Rick. I listened to Beethoven’s 7th Symphony online with my dad.
* Previously I worked with some of the questions from the original post here and here.
