Tonight I am going to utilize my quality questions for personal happiness once again, as I did recently. These are different questions from the list:
What are five things I especially appreciate about myself?
I appreciate that I live in a way that honors and fits for me.
I appreciative that I exercise regularly.
I appreciate that I check in with myself, and am generally self-aware.
I appreciate that I am creative.
I appreciate that generally I feel good and enjoy myself most of the time.
What are five things I am doing well?
Teaching.
Being a good husband (I’m pretty sure!).
Being kind to myself.
Focusing on thoughts that feel good.
Following inspiration.
What are five accomplishments (no matter how small they may seem) I have achieved in the past week?
Worked out on the elliptical on Thursday.

Getting present in moments of stress.
Blogging daily.
