I’m going to share a breakthrough I got this week. It is this: “No matter what happens ever, you are still worthy.”
Let me elaborate. First of all, when I get this breakthrough, I applied it to myself. But it is a universal truth, so I feel that putting it in the form of “you” is better.
So anyway, no matter what happens you are still worthy. Do you feel bad today? Okay, sorry to hear that. You are still worthy!
Did you mess up something last week and now regret it? That sucks. You are still worthy!
Did you fail to achieve an important goal? I know how hard that can be. You are still worthy!
Did you wallow in self-pity, anger, frustration, or worry? Nuts! And you are still worthy.
Another point of clarification: worthy of what? Well, I mean, worthy of happiness. Worthy of feeling good. Worthy of going for what you want. Nothing and no one can ever take that from you. No Matter what, you are worthy!
To me, this distinction is huge. You might have told me this a couple of weeks ago, and I would have agreed on the principle. But knowing it, thinking it through, and realizing the implications of it are another matter. For me, this distinction is a free pass, forever more, to be human. This is something I guess I was missing. Now I know that no matter what happens, and no matter how I feel about myself at any moment, I’m still worthy, always and forever.
So are you 🙂
