Day 109: Feel Worthy and Watch the Results Flow

Posted on November 20, 2018

I was just listening to a Youtube video with speaker and writer Joe Dispenza, someone I have been listening to a lot recently. I was in the first couple of minutes when Dispenza said something that jumped out at me. He said,

“The moment you start feeling abundant and worthy, you are generating wealth.  The moment you are empowered and feel it, you are beginning to step toward your success. The moment you start feeling whole, your healing begins.”  –Joe Dispenza (Video Link)

I felt a rush of excitement as I heard this and felt the truth of that statement.   And I thought to myself, “Yes!  He is right.  When you start feeling worthy and abundant, you start to generate wealth.  And when you feel worthy and whole, you generate health.  And when you start feeling good, good things happen to you.”

I am inspired by the idea of how feeling good, feeling worthy, and feeling like you are enough, will automatically create positive results for you.  Simply being in a good-feeling place will attract to you things you desire.  I know this is not a new concept, even for me.  It seems that all my “Reaching for Satisfaction” posts boil down to this.  And yet, isn’t it nice to hear a beautiful concept anew?

I live for such revelations.  It is the most glorious thing to feel inspired, to experience joy, and to allow expansion.  One way that I tap into this is through continuously thinking about concepts which will help me live a happy life.  As I have said repeatedly, that is what My Happiness Obsession is all about 🙂

There are many areas of life, such as the areas of love, creativity, and health, in which I feel totally empowered. These are all things that I find it easy to “be at one with.”  I create these things daily through my attitude and way of seeing.  I experience ease and joy in these areas.  I always feel creative, healthy, in love and being loving.  I truly feel blessed to be able to say this.

In contrast, I grew up with a lot of confusion about the topics of wealth, work and making money.  I thought there was some “way” you are supposed to do these things, and it didn’t feel organic to me.  And it didn’t feel right.  And yet, there I was, trying to fit my square peg into the proverbial round hole.  This created a lot of tension and discomfort for many years around this area.

Something about hearing this quote just now made this area seem much simpler.  It feels like it originates in me, rather than in someone or something else.  I’m sure this may be obvious to other people who area already clear about this topic.  Maybe it hasn’t been obvious to me.  I am quite grateful to understand this now, and I am eager to use this knowledge for great creativity and manifestation in this area!

And now I’d like to open up to thoughts from My Higher Self:

Chris, it is great that you are going for this new awareness.  You are reaching forward and allowing expansion to happen, as you release old thoughts and allow new awareness.  Great job!  You are finding how satisfying it is to shift your thinking.  This is wonderful.  Keep it up.

Another thought on this subject: Be aware that there is a part of you which thinks that the old ways of thinking really define who you are.  That part is scared of thinking something new, because it may interfere with that old identity.  Yet that old identity is not really you.  Don’t believe otherwise!  It is okay to change.  Change happens.

Ask yourself, Who is the real you? Is it the thoughts you have about the way you were? Is it your opinions?  Is it your perceptions of what is right or wrong?  Can you change any of these things without fear of “losing yourself”? Is it possible that by expanding your awareness, you may be simply expanding yourself?  Try thinking this way, and you will be able to counter the resistance.

That is excellent.  Thank you very much.  I hadn’t realized it, but I can see that changing my thinking about wealth, for example, could seriously jeopardize the old identity.  Lol.  But that makes a lot of sense, and I am all for it!  Bring on a new point of view!

And I get what you are saying.  I’m prepared to navigate through whatever might show up, resistance and the like.  And I like your questions.  Much resistance is the result of confusing the ways of the past with who we really are.  I believe we really are infinite beings on a journey of never-ending expansion.  Therefore, releasing old thoughts and attitudes is part of the deal!  I love it.
